Division of Restorative Science and Prosthodontics
The Division of Restorative Science and Prosthodontics is composed of several disciplines, including Dental Anatomy, Occlusion, Fixed Prosthodontics, Removable Prosthodontics, Implant Dentistry, and the Advanced Prosthodontics Residency Program. Division faculty present didactic and preclinical laboratory information to the predoctoral dental students who apply this knowledge and clinical skills to treat patients in the Ohio State Dental Clinics, which are under the Division of General Practice and Materials Science.
Division goals are to ensure that students continuously have a timely and innovative curriculum, while faculty are conducting cutting-edge research. Alumni have graduated well prepared for their future careers with excellent clinical experience. They have accomplished a wide range of contemporary clinical treatments in Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics.
