Super Team and moving to a new larger and amazing office in May 2026. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal oral health, and supporting the overall efficiency of our dental practice. This is a great team with a ton of "togetherness" and the patients are very longstanding and new ones have been seeking our care for some time and that is why we are expanding to an amazing larger office location in the heart of Aurora!!!

Office Hours:
M,W 8-4
T, Th 7-4
Fri 8-2
Working hours start 30 minutes prior to scheduled shift.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
Conduct patient assessments including vital signs and medical history reviews.
Utilize Dentrix, ( We are upgrading to Dentrix Ascend) for documentation and patient records management.
Assist in pediatric dentistry procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for young patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular check-ups.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure infection control within the clinic.
Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical coding practices.
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation review.
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques related to dentistry.
Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
Ability to work well within a team environment while providing exceptional patient care.
