A well-established private practice in Northern Indiana is seeking an associate dentist to join their growing team. The practice provides comprehensive care to a loyal patient base through a combination of Fee-for-Service and PPO patients, offering an excellent environment for both clinical growth and long-term career stability.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and a strong commitment to quality, patient-centered care. The practice is fully digital, utilizing lasers, digital X-rays, and digital impression technology to support efficient and modern dentistry.
This position offers a 3–4 day per week schedule, providing excellent work-life balance and a consistent flow of patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at 34% of collections
Malpractice Insurance reimbursement
Portion of lab costs covered
