Please follow these directions if you're starting from the the entrance at 11th and Neil Ave. (If you enter at the entrance at 12th and Neil, begin at step 2.)

Go through the doorway on your right to an enclosed hallway

Continue through the doorway at the other end of the enclosed hallway

Follow the hallway left and then right

Step 4

Continue straight toward the patient seating area

Step 5

Turn slightly right toward the elevator in the far corner

1st Floor Waiting Area near central elevator

Step 6

Take the elevator to the 3rd floor

Step 7

Exit the elevator and make an immediate right

Step 8

Continue straight down the hallway

The Geriatric Dental Clinic registration desk is on the right
