General Practice Residency Clinic
Please follow these directions if you're starting from the patient drop-off entrance on 12th Ave.
Step 1
Go through the doorway on your right to an enclosed hallway
The doorway will be on your left if you entered from the courtyard
Step 2
Continue straight to the end of the enclosed hallway
Step 3
Continue through the doorway
Step 4
Follow the hallway left and then right
Step 5
Continue straight toward the seating area
Step 6
Turn slightly left
You will see the Orthodontics registration desk.
Step 7
Continue straight down a long enclosed hallway
You will see dental treatment areas on both sides of the hallway
Step 8
Continue until you see the sign for the Dental Emergency Clinic, but do not enter this area. Turn right at the intersecting hallway.
Step 9
Turn left at the end of the short hallway
Step 10
Walk past the patient seating area
Step 11
Turn left at the end of the hall
You will then see an elevator straight ahead
Step 12
Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor.
Arrived
Exit the elevator and check in at the registration desk
