Established in 1949, the advanced education program in periodontics combines clinical training with graduate education as the oldest continuously operating periodontal graduate program in the nation.

The CODA accredited 36-month program includes didactic, clinical, research and teaching components allowing graduates to be eligible for the American Board of Periodontology. 

Fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the facilities at the dental school provide all the resources and tools a resident needs to train and succeed.
