Bryant Cornelius, DDS, MBA, MPH

Dr. Bryant Cornelius will join the college as an assistant professor-clinical in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology on July 1st. 

Currently serving as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dental Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cornelius is an attending dental anesthesiologist who also provides instruction for pre-doctoral students and residents. 

Dr. Cornelius earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University Dental School; a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah; and he completed a Master of Public Health degree and a dental anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he practiced general dentistry from 1999-2013. 

As a faculty member in the college, Dr. Cornelius will support the dental anesthesiology and pharmacology curricula, and he will provide sedation and general anesthesia services for the college's pediatric dentistry, general practice, and oral and maxillofacial surgery clinics. Other responsibilities will include providing general anesthesia services for dental and oral and maxillofacial surgery patients at Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center.
