The Office of Continuing Dental Education (CDE) welcomed alumni who returned to campus to reconnect with classmates, engage with current faculty and students, earn continuing dental education credits, and cheer on the Ohio State Buckeyes during Homecoming 2024.

Launched in 1939, Post College Assembly (PCA) is a long-standing tradition at the College of Dentistry. It was founded by former Dean Wendell D. Postle, and it was established with the belief that the college has a responsibility to provide continuing dental education for its alumni. Eight decades later, the college continues the commitment of offering this annual learning event.  This year’s PCA featured three College of Dentistry speakers: Dr. Sara Fowler, who presented "Local Anesthesia: How to Make it Predictable and Effective," Dr. Leonardo Nassani, who presented "Advanced Digital Dentistry: Techniques, Quality Assurance and Innovations;" and Dr. Hong Chen, who presented "TMD Screening: What Every Dentist Should Know." Participants included alumni, faculty, and third- and fourth-year dental students.
