The college is making important upgrades to improve the patient experience. Beginning in March, a new Call Center will launch. The center will make it easier for patients to get answers to general questions and connect with the right clinic to schedule their appointments.

The Call Center will be located in the former EFDA room on the first floor of Postle Hall. Additional enhancements include:

Transitioning all clinics to a common phone system for better call tracking and management.
Adding a “zero” option on the phone tree so callers can quickly reach a scheduler.
Implementing clear routing protocols to guide staff on when to transfer calls.

Study Spaces

Later this month, the former Radiology Clinic—vacant since Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology moved into the Postle Hall extension—will reopen as a newly designed quiet study area for students.

This dedicated space was created in response to student feedback and the need for peaceful, distraction-free study environments. We look forward to welcoming students into the refreshed space.
