Hal Jeter, DDS, is President-Elect of the Ohio Dental Association
Dr. Hal Jeter is an alumnus of the College of Dentistry's Class of 1995, and he is a general dentist in South Point, Ohio. He was recently installed as president-elect of the Ohio Dental Association (ODA) which represents more than 5,000 dentists throughout the state.
A longtime advocate of organized dentistry, Dr. Jeter has served as a past president of the Southern Ohio Dental Society; past chair of the ODA Council on Access to Care and Public Service; and a past member of the ODA Council on Membership Services. He currently serves on the ODA's Council on Dental Care Programs and Dental Practice.
As a highly respected member of the state's dental professional community, Dr. Jeter has been inducted as a Fellow of the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry, the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He was also a 2019 recipient of the ODA Leadership Pin award for his outstanding contributions to organized dentistry.
