Dr. Jarid Jones Receives Young Professional Alumni Award

Jarid Jones, ’21 DDS, recently received the Ohio State Dental Alumni Society’s Young Professional Alumni Award that honors alums under the age of 40 for  significant professional achievements, enhancing the perception of the dental profession, or serving Ohio State or local communities.

Dr. Jones earned his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees from Ohio State, and then completed a General Practice Residency at Summa Health Dental in Akron, Ohio. He is active in organized dentistry, serving as a Columbus Dental Society Board Member, a delegate for the Ohio Dental Association, and a member of the American Dental Association. He is currently a general practitioner at Gentle Family Dental Care in Columbus.
