New Degree Helps Dr. Leonardo Nassani Grow Digital Dentistry Program

Dr. Leonardo Nassani earned a master's degree focused on digital dentistry from the University of Greater Manchester in the United Kingdom.

In his role as assistant dean for Digital Dentistry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Nassani helps guide how students learn and use dental technology. Last year, he worked with Dr. James Cottle to open a new laser dentistry laboratory. Students get hands-on practice using the Solea CO₂ laser and learn how to use lasers to safely treat teeth and gums.

Dr. Nassani’s advanced training helps the college stay at the forefront of modern dental technology. His work supports continued training for students in the use of new tools and technology.
