For more than 15 years, the college has partnered with Press Ganey to gather patient insights into their care through randomized post visit surveys. These responses help us understand what we’re doing well and how we can make the patient experience better.
Based on feedback collected by Press Ganey, patients consistently give us top marks for their dental experiences in the student clinics. Our specialty clinics earn high satisfaction ratings as well.
