Please follow these directions if you're starting from the patient drop-off entrance on 12th Ave.
Step 1
Go through the doorway on your left to a short hallway
The doorway will be on your right if you entered from the courtyard
Step 2
Turn right to follow the hallway
Step 3
Turn left to follow the hallway
Step 4
Continue straight down the long hallway
Step 5
Turn right at the first hallway (past the last red bench)
Step 6
Enter the elevator lobby and take the elevator to the 3rd or 4th floor

Arrived
Turn toward the patient seating area off of the elevator and check in at the patient registration desk
